Saptarshi Basu Roy Choudhury is a Research Officer at CPHR, bringing a wealth of academic excellence and practical experience to the team. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics from the University of Calcutta with First Class honors, followed by an MA in Economics and an M.Phil in International Trade and Development from the School of International Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. His research interests span developmental and environmental issues, including education, health, and climate change.

With several years of experience in industry and policy research, Saptarshi provides strong support to various ongoing research projects in public health and development at CPHR. His responsibilities include report preparation for knowledge dissemination, capacity building, and effectively communicating research findings to stakeholders.
