Dr. Sanjay Kapur, the Managing Director of JSI in India, has been a driving force in establishing JSI as a robust public health organization. With over 25 years of experience, he has orchestrated a five-fold growth in programs and operations, securing substantial funding, forging key partnerships, and strengthening organizational systems. His expertise encompasses Reproductive and Child Health, Infectious Diseases, and Primary Health Care. As the former Team Leader at USAID/India, he managed budgets exceeding $30 million. A recipient of the Michael K. White Memorial award, he’s a prominent voice at national and international forums. Dr. Kapur, a medical doctor with a Post Graduate degree in Public Health, now contributes his vision to the Governing Council of CPHR-MANT.
