Vivek Verma
Dr. Vivek Verma is a Medical and Public Health Statistician at CPHR.
Vivek’s research focuses on machine learning, Bayesian analytics, clinical trials, and data analysis.
As a medical and public health statistician, he supports the CPHR team with statistical and data analytics support for research and implementation projects. He has expertise in the use of statistical software such as R, SAS, and SPSS and its use in data analytics, clinical trials, and observational studies. He has authored several publications in peer-reviewed journals, and presented at national and international conferences. His track record includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in both industry and academic settings.
He is an M.Sc (Statistics) Gold medalist and holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the Gauhati University, Assam, India, and worked as a Research Officer and Scientist-D at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India.
